Zion Senior Cottages is a 110 unit, residential apartment complex, on a 11.22 acre site overlooking Illinois Beach State Park along the shores of Lake Michigan. The complex is located on Elizabeth Avenue just south of 33rd Street in Zion, Illinois.

All of our buildings are single-story wood frame construction on slab-on-grade foundations with a combination masonry/siding facade and asphalt shingles.

Our development features a private clubhouse/community center, including social rooms, fitness room, greenhouse, paved streets with 156 parking spaces, concrete walks, curbs and gutters, landscaping, site lighting and associated underground utilities.
