Zion Senior Cottages is a 110 unit, independent living residential apartment complex, on a 11.22 acre site overlooking Illinois Beach State Park along the shores of Lake Michigan. Our single story complex is located on Elizabeth Avenue just south of 33rd Street in Zion, Illinois, behind the Piggly Wiggly and K-Mart shopping plaza on Sheridan Road.

Our development features a private clubhouse/community center, including a social room, fitness room, and a newly marked crosswalk to the local shopping center that consists of a grocery store and multiple retail shops. Also located within walking distance are banking facilities, a movie theater, hotel and restaurants.
